Project description:

Processorg Software 82 ltd. was supported to develop a business plan application by the GOP-1.3.1-08/1-2008-0009 application. With the development of the application the aim of ours that to offer a planning application to our partners, which is universal, customisable and reachable for the small and middle enterprise sector.

The business plan application gives the usage of Mirosoft Excel 2007 as front-end to the users, while the plan values are stored in its database, insuring the all-time consistency of the business plans so, and excluding the problem of onto each other linked and built Excel workbooks. The application helps the user with several functions beside the planning: with a process treatment, messaging opportunities, an entitlement treatment, audit functions, reporting opportunities.

The business plan application is made as an independent product. The fast and efficient introduction is ensured by the detailed documentation, and high-level expertise stands for a provision through the continuous development of our consultants' knowledge furthermore.

The business plan application has several innovate opportunities: it can be adapted to business intelligence systems, to statistical and time series analysing systems, to the wide circle of corporate environments. This proves that we did not set the development of a robust system as an aim, but a universal product will be born, which can be customized well.

The business plan application arising as the result of the application, meets the requirements set up by other products on the market, but is available for the for the small and middle enterprise sector at the same time. To the making of the business plans the application offers the well-knowns surface of Microsoft Excel, but eliminates the disadvantages of using a stand-alone Excel for business planning. With all of these the project accomplishes the aims taken in the application.
